HR Business Partner ( HRBP )

Responsibility:

Managing headcount as per regional policy in accordance with business need through strong coordination of employee mutation and promotion with business and operation department
Talent mapping, employee development for each business responsible
HR related advisor for business (eg. Industrial relation)
Have a good networking with external parties in term of HR (university, industrial relation, biro test, advertising agent, other HR in industry)
Able to manage manpower planning in area responsibility
Able to develop career plan and succession for strategic position
Able to analyse HR process in each business responsible to ensure and support business & sales in team productivity and effectiveness
In charge for employee engagement program in each business related
Ensure personnel administration process run well in each area responsibility in accordance with HR Services and HR Specialists
Conducting the Employee Engagement Survey, communication and follow up programs
Requirement:

Maximum 30 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Engineering Industrial / Human Resources Management / any related discipline
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Previous experience in a Human Resources
Good Competency in Leverages disagreement
Good presentation skill, communication skills both verbal and written
Self-motivated and a Team Player at the same time
Good analytical & conceptual thinking skills, creative and innovative
Excellent written and spoken English
Willing to located at Bintaro
