SALES/ MARKETING ENGINEER (JAKARTA)

Job Description:

Identity and respond to enquiries from Indonesian market.
Generate quotation and consult with the team for technical matters
Locate new sales target and meet them on a regular basis
Prepare Marketing Kits to boost sales
Follow up with clients, distributors to convert inquiry into orders
Generate work report and work plan
Coordinate with the team to complete a project
Requirement:

Minimum education background S1 in business /marketing/ sales related
Minimum 2 years of successful strategic selling experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasive skills to influence decision-making process; Ability to clearly present and articulate a value proposition
Ability to effectively identify and qualify prospects in new market areas
Highly self motivated, can work individually also a team player
High integrity and able to work with little supervision
Knowledge of Lighting design
Goal oriented and aggressive to achieve the target
Ability to develop and grow relationships at multiple levels internal and external to company
Proven ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office including Excel and Power Point; ability to use search engines to improve effectiveness and productifity
Self-confident, creative thinker who can contribute to overall sales development strategy
Result-driven with a sense of urgency and strong follow up skills
