Our well experienced in construction, has taught us to be able to offer a systematic range of integrated services from project finding, feasibility studies, and implementation of project.

Now we are looking for some candidates will be placed in SMCC - HK JO Jakarta MRT Project for below position :

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Responsibilities:

Check quality of documents by reviewing incoming and outgoing documents
Monitoring and recording of documents to make sure that the document will reach its proper destination and recipients
Filing of documents to make sure that the documents are organized and to maintain traceability
Requirements:

Minimum educated to Diploma level in Administration / Business Studies or other relevant subject
Have ar least 1 year experience at an appropriate level in Document Control and similar environments
Basic skills on MS Office
Basic knowledge in Document Management System / Document Library
Female, maximum 30 years old (single status)
Able to work under pressure, target and Over Time
With good English Written and Oral Skills
Strong analytic, detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and having a “Service Execellence” attitude
